The steamer

The steamer is the perfect device to prepare a meal in a healthy way. First of all, thanks to it, we protect vitamins. Food that is not immersed in any sauce or water retains the maximum amount of beneficial ingredients. For example, the loss of vitamin C during cooking in water is about 70%, and when steamed – only 40%. And that’s not all, steamed dishes are more digestible, have a deeper, natural flavor and aroma. Moreover, the dish does not require the addition of fat, which reduces its calorific value.

Fat-free pan

Frying in fat is no good. Fried food loses water and absorbs fat, which increases its calorific value. But that’s not all, while frying in fat, very harmful trans fats are formed, which are responsible for a greater risk of diseases, e.g. atherosclerosis. Carcinogenic furans are also formed during frying. A fat-free pan allows you to prepare a dish without the use of fat, it will be healthier and less caloric.

Blender

Flavored yoghurts, kefirs and buttermilk bought in the store have a terrible composition for the most part. Glucose-fructose syrup, thickeners, dyes are the norm. If you don’t like natural dairy products, a blender will be a godsend. Simply blend the fruit with yogurt or buttermilk for a healthy snack. Of course, the blender produces the perfect consistency, but you can also mash the fruit with a fork and combine it with a dairy product.

Kitchen scale

If you are on a diet, especially in the beginning, weight can be irreplaceable. Although the menu most often (certainly in the vitalii menu) includes home measures, each has a different spoon or cup. It is worth taking a little seriousness at the beginning in order to learn to properly estimate the amounts given in the menu.

Sprouts are a great source of vitamins and minerals. At the same time, they are low in calories, they can be added to sandwiches, salads and cold dishes without remorse. Having a germinator mobilizes you to use them.

Juicer

You have to be very flexible to find good-quality juice on store shelves. A homemade juicer is a great alternative. You can drink fruit and vegetable juices every day. If you drink them immediately you will retain the full complement of vitamins, minerals and fruit enzymes.

Oil dispenser

Is it difficult for you to target the right amount of oil that you would like to add to your dish? Buy an oil dispenser. There are also those that only allow you to spray, for example, a salad with a mist of fat, which significantly reduces the caloric content of the dish.

Electric grill

Probably everyone has heard about the harmful products created when using a traditional grill. True, they arise both in the food being prepared and settle down with the smoke (burnt oil, kindling, etc.). A good solution is to use the electric grill interchangeably. The water poured at the bottom receives the melting fat, and the dish does not require the addition of fat, as in the case of frying.
