When a child prefers cartoons to books, parents begin to worry that the child is not developing. But if you watch cartoons together, comment on what is happening, discuss, then why not?
This cartoon gained popularity in our family even before the appearance of our son. We laughed with pleasure at Masha’s spontaneity and quoted her famous phrases, like “Maybe we’ll have dinner already?” And when does it bite? Why bite? Why doesn’t it bite? ” By the time a new person appeared in our family, the number of episodes released had already exceeded thirty.
Plot: restless girl Masha keeps the whole forest in tight-knit gloves thanks to her restlessness. Every day she comes up with something new – sometimes playing doctor with wolves, sometimes playing “mothers and daughters” with a piglet, sometimes playing chess with a tiger. Her main friend is the wise and patient Bear, in the past a circus worker, in whose cozy house you can always find something interesting: an invisible hat, a piano, a camera, an easel, etc. So nobody gets bored!
Why it is worth seeing: excellent graphics, excellent voice acting, many beautiful, perky songs, bright colors, charming animals, and of course, the main characters. Children have something to see, parents – something to laugh at. It is noteworthy that as you move through the series, you really notice how Masha grows up, grows wiser, from a little capricious minx she turns into an intelligent, cheerful, friendly girl.
There are a lot of positive reviews about this cartoon on the Internet. I myself have hung out several times in front of TV screens in a children’s clinic, where round and cute characters talk about a healthy lifestyle. However, my son, more than two years old, has not yet become interested in these stories. Judging by the fact that even adult aunts are watching this animated series, everything is still ahead.
Plot: nine charming characters – the hare Krosh, the Hedgehog, the pig Nyusha, the wise raven Kar-Karych, Sovunya, Losyash, the penguin Pin, Barash and the bear Kopatych – in each episode learn about the world around them, discovering it for themselves and the audience in all its diversity. Today they talk about proper nutrition and supplies for the winter, tomorrow – about traffic and little secrets.
Why it is worth seeing: cartoon is kind, positive and bright. In 6 minutes, each episode lasts, the authors manage to tell a story and teach a completely understandable and easily perceived morality.
“Luntik and His Friends” and “Barboskins”
The production of both animated series is the same company, so the voices of the characters are the same, the main motives are the same. The only difference is the age of the viewer. In my opinion, “Luntik” is more suitable for younger children, two or three years old, “Barboskins”, rather, for preschoolers and younger students. Although my son watches the latter with great pleasure, which is a mystery to me.
Plot: the mysterious Luntik falls from heaven to Earth, where he meets many friends and adventures. The character is very kind with a heightened sense of justice, by his example he often teaches the grasshopper Kuzya, the ladybug Mila, the Little Bee, as well as the mischievous caterpillars Vupsen and Pupsen, how to behave correctly in a given situation. But, like any child, he is not far from unintentional pranks. At the end of each series, dots are placed over the i, with all possible “good” and “bad”.
In the Barboskins, a dog family with five children is in the spotlight: the eldest beauty Rosa, the athletic C-student Druzhok, the smart precocious Gena, the talented Liza and the naive younger Kid. In their relationship there is everything: love, and care, and envy, and disputes, and small betrayals, and friendship, and support – in general, everything is grown-up.
Why it is worth seeing: the characters have a lot to learn. Not only children, but also adults – sometimes it turns out to look at themselves from the outside. You can also, having spied some story in a cartoon, then draw the child’s attention to this or that phenomenon or behavior: “Do you remember how Mila was always capricious in the cartoon, and how ugly she looked from the outside?”
We stumbled upon this small series by accident, when once again looking for something to watch. The child loves cats very much, so they could not miss him. In general, the impressions are very pleasant, I even had a favorite episode – about the elephant cat, which teaches, when communicating with people, to pay attention not to appearance, but to attitude in general.
Plot: brother and sister, Kotya and Katya, start their day with a magic box, where every time they find something interesting – chef’s hats, backpacks for a hike, postmen’s caps, etc. The finds immerse them in an unforgettable world of children’s fantasy. True, when playing for the first time, kittens necessarily make some mistake, and then mom or dad appear who help them understand how to do the right thing, and the kittens start all over again.
Why it is worth seeing: light cartoon that simply and clearly puts everything on the shelves. It is noteworthy that parents do not say in plain text what kittens need to do to correct the situation. They only hint, and the kids guess themselves. Excellent examples of how to do and how not, easily applicable in everyday life.
We can’t get away from Soviet cartoons, and thank God! After all, they are the kindest, most real. To be honest, as a mother, I was a little jarred by the Wolf, who did not let a cigarette out of his mouth, although as a child I did not pay any attention to it. In general, this cartoon, of course, is for older children. But my son really liked the Wolf and the Hare, and there was a time when he asked to put only them. I watched the issues with particular pleasure.
Plot: The eternally hungry Wolf sleeps and sees how he gets the sportsman-Hare in his paws. But in reality, something constantly bothers him – either his own stupidity, or the ingenuity of a potential prey. The characters are charming and loved by us since childhood.
Why it is worth reconsidering: humor is perceived differently than in childhood, a lot becomes clearer. Nostalgia? “Tell me, Snegurochka, where have you been?” or “You’re as beautiful as a popsicle in the summer.”
“Crocodile Gena and Cheburashka”
“We built, we built and finally we built!” – declared the charming orange eater. Since childhood, everyone remembers the crocodile Gena with sad eyes, the inimitable old woman Shapoklyak, I generally keep quiet about Cheburashka. I am glad that the younger generation is also interested in these characters. My son began to get to know them with the songs: “Let them run awkwardly” and “Blue carriage”. Most of all he loves the series about building a house for friends.
Plot: But I like it more when Gena and Cheburashka strive to become pioneers. They do not have such “important” things as a birdhouse or a march. But they disinterestedly build a playground so that kids do not endanger themselves in search of unnecessary adventures.
Why it is worth reconsidering: to remember how Cheburashka got such a name, why Gena walks with a smoking pipe, and finally learn these magnificent songs!
The beauty of this cartoon is off the charts! The main characters, a kitten and a puppy, are real children, spontaneous, agile, naive and open to the world. My child began to call all the cats in the district Woof. He loves a series where the characters find their own masters.
Plot: almost every episode is divided into several short stories. There is a story about how Sharik tried to remember his name, how friends shared a sausage, or how they came up with a secret language. Perhaps the cutest story is about a puppy’s cutlet, which Gav hid in his tummy so that it would not be dragged away while Sharik was playing.
Why it is worth reconsidering: in some characters, especially in the Black Cat, you probably recognize yourself – such sophisticated adults. Look at the reaction of little friends to the philosophizing of “scientists” and learn from them to look at the world with children’s eyes.
How nice it is to come home after the gray and noisy city days and watch a cartoon about a quiet but interesting village life with your child! Moreover, there is a cat, to which many dads grow and grow, a dog who is fond of photography, and the irreplaceable postman Pechkin, who starts a new life when he retires. Of course, kids cannot understand all the charms of this cartoon, but looking at the economic Matroskin and the naive Sharik is very interesting.
Plot: clever beyond his years Uncle Fyodor leaves his parents with the cat Matroskin, because “I love animals too, but you won’t let me have them.” In the village of Prostokvashino, they find an empty house with the inscription “Live whoever wants to”. So “his own” boy in the company of loyal friends begins a new life.
Why it is worth reconsidering: we quote the characters of this cartoon every day, but have long forgotten where these wonderful remarks come from. For example, my husband is very fond of the phrase: “If I had such a cat, I might never even get married.”
“Winnie the Pooh and everything, everything, everything”
It’s about the Soviet cartoon and the beloved by many bear with sawdust in his head, which every now and then gets into trouble. What is even the first episode about the wrong bees worth? Only our Winnie the Pooh goes for honey with balloons and visits in the morning.
Plot: there are only three episodes, although in childhood it seemed for some reason that there were more of them. The first is about adventures with bees, the second – how Winnie the Pooh and Piglet visited the polite and patient Rabbit; the third – about the birthday of the sad donkey Eeyore.
Why it is worth reconsidering: I really like how the cartoon is drawn – only the main characters are clear, and the background is blurred: all accents are immediately placed. It’s fun to teach him rhyming rhymes with the bear and then repeat them with your child.
“Gift for an Elephant”, “On the Road with Clouds”, “Treasure”
A series of cartoons about the same characters: Tiger Cub, Monkey, Elephant, Turtle, Parrot, Mole and the villainess Dyudyuk. They will always find something to have fun with, they bypass troubles, in short, a sea of positive! My son “hung up” on each cartoon for several days – he asked to put it over and over again.
Plot: in the first part, the Tiger Cub and the Monkey go to the Elephant’s birthday party, and Dyudyuka tries to ruin the holiday for them. In the second – friends are trying to “make their day”, despite the stuffy and cloudy weather. Well, in the third, of course, they are looking for treasure.
Why it is worth reconsidering: the cartoon is beautifully drawn, there are perky songs that do not get boring. In addition, thanks to the characters, the child will get acquainted with wild animals. The main thing is to comment, comment …
Who does not know the song “In every little child” ?! I knew, but I completely forgot where she was from. And then there was a reason to remember. I really like how in this cartoon the Monkey mother, despite the constant pranks of her kids, quickly settles everything and continues to be the most loving and gentle.
Plot: There are also a lot of episodes here, each about its own little troubles, which are delivered by the naughty monkeys. In one the “kids” walk around the city, in the other they visit a restaurant, in the third they catch robbers, in the fourth they play pranks at the opera.
Why it is worth reconsidering: the child should like it, because there is a plot, but there are no words that may be incomprehensible to a non-speaking child. And do not be afraid that your child will “learn the bad” from the characters, because he already knows how to do everything. Better pay attention to the care and tenderness that the children and their mother show to each other.
Since a year and a half, my son has not parted with a guitar, so this cartoon has been one of my favorites for a long time. He does not bother when he goes in the background, because the songs are familiar from childhood. However, once the composition “Bayu-Bayushki-Bayu” from the second part stuck in my head for a long time. It is drawn, of course, better, more modern, but the first part is somehow more familiar.
Plot: wandering musicians come to the city with the Troubadour at the head, who falls in love with the audience and at the same time the Princess. The king is unhappy, so friends have to become robbers in order to reunite loving hearts.
Why it is worth reconsidering: why not? Lovely cartoon, lovely voices and songs, charming characters. As an adult, you notice funny details, for example, the impartial and calm expression on the face (muzzle?) Of the dog, no matter what it does.
Another musical cartoon … It’s already some kind of tradition in our family. On the other hand, what is wrong with the fact that the child will know the words of different songs from the cartoons? This version of “The Three Musketeers” attracted the little son by the presence of cats and dogs, and his parents – by the irony and “cute” phraseological units.
Plot: a charming dog, originally from Gascony, meets a beautiful lapdog, after which he runs to the very royal gates, where he meets the dogs, which later became his friends. Opposed to them is a genus of felines, with Cardinal’s cat at the head. And, of course, royal pendants … Where can we go without them?
Why it is worth reconsidering: precisely because of the irony and phraseological units, which in childhood you do not pay any attention, following the plot. And now we will be able to look at history from the other side. For example, have you ever found the image of Sherlock Holmes in this cartoon? Vooot, but he is.
“Aunt, aunt cat, look out the window, kittens want to eat, you live richly …” Many people remember this song from childhood, the plot of a touching cartoon with an instructive end begins with it. It lasts about 30 minutes, so I didn’t really like to include it for a child. But when time is needed for some important business without the participation of the baby, “Cat’s House” came to the rescue.
Plot: Wealthy Cat is hosting a reception in her beautiful home. A Rooster with a Chicken, a Goat with a Goat and a Pig come to visit her. They have a great time and, leaving, assure the hostess of their loyalty. However, when the Cat’s house burns down, none of the former guests wants to give her shelter, except for the orphaned babies, who themselves asked to stay overnight.
Why it is worth reconsidering: I am heartened by the amazing poems of Samuil Marshak, which form the basis of this cartoon-opera. It is especially pleasant to hear them after modern short books with rhymes for children, which unknown authors come up with to “get off”.
