Kidney health is undermined by carbonated drink

Drinking fructose carbonated drinks is harmful to the extent that it can negatively affect kidney health. This was stated by doctors from the United States after they conducted a study involving 8 volunteers.

The participants in the experiment were divided into two different groups. One included those who drank at least two cans of carbonated drinks daily. In the other, there were respondents whose menu did not include harmful drinks. Throughout the trial, experts studied the health status of volunteers from both groups, taking samples of their blood and urine. As a result, it turned out that drinking carbonated drinks affected kidney health in humans… 10% of volunteers who consumed toxic drinks developed proteinuria. In other words, the amount of protein in their urine exceeded the required level.

The fructose in soda has increased sensitivity to a protein that regulates the body’s salt intake balance. And this led to a partial return of waste substances to the blood from urine. In addition, the risk of diabetes mellitus and obesity has significantly increased, due to which, doctors say, it is impossible to lead a normal life. Given the terrible effect of a dubious delicacy on the body, experts propose to ban the sale of carbonated drinks worldwide… Or at least for a start – on the territories of schools or preschool childcare facilities.
