table salt | 1.0 (teaspoon) |
lemon | 1.0 (piece) |
We take a piece of fresh pork, cut off the fat from it, finely chop it, heat it in a cauldron over low heat. While the fat is being heated, peel medium-sized potatoes. Next, rub it (potatoes) with salt and cumin (such a seasoning) and carefully place it on the bottom of the cauldron. You don’t need to use any more seasonings, only salt and cumin. Greaves can not be removed (for an amateur). Put pork cut into thin flat slices on top of the potatoes. We close the lid and keep it on medium heat for 15-20 minutes without any outside interference. Then we move the meat to the side and turn the potatoes over to the other side. Put the meat back on top of the potatoes and wait another 20 minutes. Ideally, you should get potatoes, fried whole, and meat, as it were, steamed. Serve with pickled onions, squeeze a lemon over the meat.

The energy value is 128,3 kcal.
- Vitamin B1 is part of the most important enzymes of carbohydrate and energy metabolism, which provide the body with energy and plastic substances, as well as the metabolism of branched-chain amino acids. Lack of this vitamin leads to serious disorders of the nervous, digestive and cardiovascular systems.
- Vitamin PP participates in redox reactions of energy metabolism. Insufficient vitamin intake is accompanied by disruption of the normal state of the skin, gastrointestinal tract and nervous system.
- potassium is the main intracellular ion that takes part in the regulation of water, acid and electrolyte balance, participates in the processes of nerve impulses, pressure regulation.
- Chlorine necessary for the formation and secretion of hydrochloric acid in the body.
- Cobalt is part of vitamin B12. Activates enzymes of fatty acid metabolism and folic acid metabolism.
- Molybdenum is a cofactor of many enzymes that provide the metabolism of sulfur-containing amino acids, purines and pyrimidines.
- Chrome participates in the regulation of blood glucose levels, enhancing the effect of insulin. Deficiency leads to decreased glucose tolerance.
