How to become healthier and more successful?
Life has become much more difficult.
Our internal natural automatic self-regulation, which maintains internal balance, is malfunctioning. This stress is an overstrain of regulatory systems.
There are many ways to overcome stress, but only the right one, in which it becomes better not only during its action, but also in the aftereffect.
Here is a simple example. Is a cigarette an effective stress reliever? No. Because in this case, a spasm of the vessels of the brain occurs, and some time after its use, a new cigarette is also required. Therefore, a cigarette does not solve the problem of stress, and smoking becomes an addiction: now you do not feel normal until you smoke.
In order to quit smoking and not experience new stress — to lose a “holiday” in life, you need to restore your previous integrity, which was before smoking.

I had a painful condition. It’s always like this: as soon as I finish a book, the tension grows! I’m suffering. It’s like giving birth to a child. Creation. Responsibility. I write without an editor, as I write, it will be, I want to write well so that there is benefit from me. I walk up and down the room, tapping my fingers, rocking in my chair. There is almost no time left, and the manuscript must be submitted on time.
That’s when there is no time, when everything interferes, and the thing needs to be done, you remember that you need to organize yourself, find in yourself the optimal state that you need for work, discard the chaos in your head, calm down, find harmony in yourself.
After all, when you come to this need, to self-regulation — when you cannot solve the problem with ordinary forces and in your usual way.
Sat on the sofa. I began to think, what exactly do I want to get in myself now in order to submit the manuscript as soon as possible? He closed his eyes and thought.
I understood: I want to have that state of clarity in my head that I had in childhood, when my head was clear, when I was not yet deformed by stresses, problems, age, hardships of life. Restore former integrity!
He closed his eyes, began to relax and remember the time when his soul was clear and good.
I remembered my grandfather, his house by the lake, birches, weeping willows, whose branches are immersed in the calm water of the lake. Wow! I was small, but for some reason I naturally understood that willows were weeping! And that it is as if these willows and the lake live not in our fussy, fast time, but in another, cosmic time, in their secular, thousand-year-old, boundless world.
My neck is pulled, my vessel is clamped with a rib, a painful feeling.
That’s what prevents me from experiencing a truly state of clarity in my head.
I remember my neck, I think I will do as I teach my patients to remove the obstacles that appear when adjusting to the desired state.
I crumpled, did a short massage of the “Feng Chi” points on the back of my head, searched for those points on my head that are more sensitive, “dissolved” their tension with a light massage. Then he threw back his head slightly, as comfortable as possible, and began to relax again. Does not work. He shook his head back and forth in search of a position in which you will leave your head like that, and you don’t want to move anymore, you want to freeze, numb, so as not to alarm the upcoming state of relaxation.
But it didn’t work out.
Stretched out his hands in front of him. I began to imagine that they were breaking up. Did not work out. Then I put them down and again looked for the position of the head.
Now, after the receptions, I found it, froze.
I want clarity in my head! I began to think about what else could help me in relaxation.
Grandfather’s house by the lake opened in my memory, I woke up every time, and birch trees in the window. Lake! How good it was for us children by the lake! And the street on which grandfather’s house stood was called Ozernaya. There is a river between the lake and grandfather’s house. In the summer we went swimming in the river.
Then, already becoming an adult, passing by the river, every time I was surprised how we could swim in it, because of the narrowness of the banks in this river it was impossible to move! And then swim! And they swam from shore to shore, who is faster! And they fished.
Dozed off. Woke up. I remembered.
I am small, my mother read a book to me about Karas Karasevich, who lived in the river and went to visit other fish with an umbrella (wow, what is my memory now, I can’t remember their names). After that, I kept walking by the river and persuaded the guys not to fish in the river!
And from this memory I somehow felt joyful and warm in my soul: now, I think how good I am, that I felt sorry for the fish in the river!
From the feeling that I am good, it became clearer in my head!
What kind of state did I instinctively seek for myself in order to do responsible work — to hand over the book on time?
I remembered my childhood, in childhood we were protected.
We had both a grandmother and a grandfather, and we could play freely, dream without fear of a mistake. We were natural.
And now we are adults. And now we have a responsibility.
It turns out that in order to be happy, you need to return to childhood?
Not! Each age has its own advantages. Adult mind, experience.
You just need to connect the adult mind with natural naturalness! I have a KEY.

There are people who do this more often than others. There are anxious and suspicious people who constantly listen to themselves, looking for problems in themselves. When we listen to ourselves with a sense of anxiety, additional negative self-suggestions arise each time.
Listening to yourself is not an invention, it is a human property. In the same way, when a computer is turned on, it scans itself, checking the health of internal systems.

What is freedom?
External freedom and internal freedom are not the same thing.

Each method has a history, mentality and culture and therefore requires a corresponding change in mentality and lifestyle from the person who uses it. If you strictly follow the recommendations of Indian yoga, then in accordance with them you need to change your way of life and thoughts and, therefore, gradually become an «Indian». According to the Chinese system, one becomes a “Chinese”, according to the Japanese system, one becomes a “Japanese”.
Auto-training, for example, is the achievement of German culture and requires the development of techniques of characteristic phasing and pedantry. In the most classic method of teaching autogenic training, the author I. Schultz categorically states that you cannot move on to the next technique until you have mastered the previous one. This method is built on a phased development through repeated repetition of techniques. And if it doesn’t work? It, this special state, turns out to be always with us, and not somewhere far away, outside. We experience it imperceptibly every time the brain switches from one mode of activity to another. For example, it occurs between sleep and wakefulness. It is like the neutral position in a car gearbox. By learning to manage this state, you can regulate yourself.

The world-famous yogi Vivekananda, who had both Western and Eastern education, said that not those yogis who, in search of enlightenment, sit and meditate somewhere far away in caves and on mountaintops. You have to be a yogi in life, he said. If there is even one hungry dog in India, then his whole yoga is to feed him!
I experienced this special state and understood: in the modern language in the global culture, this eastern nirvana is called a state of mental relaxation. In the language of Russian concepts, I define it as a state of inner freedom. Just like the mysterious oriental word «meditation», translated in meaning into the language of Russian concepts, there is «infinity», again freedom.
This state of inner freedom (not a state with “free” thoughts, but a state free from randomness of thoughts) every person experiences many times every day, regardless of age and occupation, because this is a natural state of nature. You can easily remember the passive form of this state when it is not involved: a feeling of emptiness in the head, when you are as if here, and as if you are not there, when you are as if present, absent, and you are perfectly aware of everything, but at the same time you don’t want to what to react to.
It arises, for example, as a transitional moment from “concrete” thoughts to thoughts about “eternal” at the moment of prayer, harmonizing mental and physiological processes in accordance with the content of prayer. It turns out that if in this state you tell yourself, for example, that you will only draw masterpieces or stop smoking, then you will believe yourself, because in this state there is no fuss, everything superficial leaves, in this state of inner silence and agreement with oneself there are no barriers between you and the goal.

What did I understand after discovering this state in myself, what secrets did I reveal, what special properties did I acquire?
I somehow calmed down in my depths. This is a special comfort. This is a special feeling that arises when you suddenly find answers to deep questions that have tormented you for a long time. It turns out that this is the state that I was always looking for, expecting something new, special, unusual in this state, it turns out that it was always with me.
This is what has changed for me. In the past, I was always like a “missile fired”, troubled by the dreams of owning this special fortune and what lies behind it. I dreamed of the incredible potentialities of man. He was tormented by questions about what he would be like, a man of the future, what new hitherto unseen qualities and fundamentally new abilities he would possess. And then, at the very moment when this state was discovered in me, it was simultaneously revealed to me that the person of the future will be the same as we are. And that I have nothing to worry about, that I personally will never see this man of the future. And that he, the man of the future, will differ from us in that he will be able to manage his condition better.
I somehow calmed down at once, as if I had mastered this future. There was a feeling that I now live here, in the present, but at the same time — in the future.
This, for example, is similar to how consciousness changes when you have your first child or grandchild. Now the connection of times has been established, the picture of the world has been completed, and you seem to live forever now, regardless of your departure. You find balance because you have fulfilled your evolutionary destiny.
Maybe someone else receives answers to other deep questions that torment him through this special state and thereby acquires his integrity.
Now I understand that I have described a typical picture of the so-called insight, insight, in other words, automatic psychoanalysis, which arose due to this state in the presence of my deepest exciting question and removed the question by harmonizing mental and physiological processes.
But you, if you want to speed up the receipt of answers to even current specific questions that concern you, think about it against the background of KEY techniques that harmonize your inner state.
This activates the work of the subconscious. And the answers will come, but maybe a little later, when you are already busy with your own affairs and do not hold them back with your expectation.

Five years ago I started painting, as they say, from scratch, without any school, teacher (and still don’t know how to mix paints correctly).
I didn’t go to exhibitions so as not to pick up stamps, I did everything “out of myself”.
And he has already made more than 400 pastel and oil paintings and a number of computer graphics paintings, which were exhibited at four solo exhibitions, published in magazines.
And painting is not “primitive”, not “naive”, as they say, when the talent to write is “opened” among those who write without school (there are their own characteristic elements), and I already have, according to experts, my own face in painting. For example, you can say about someone that he writes like Chagall, you can “find Aivazovsky” in someone’s work, but I don’t imitate anyone, I write the way I write. They say that there are no stamps in my works, and what is important, as experts say, there is a development dynamics — for five years I haven’t loaded with my stamps.
How did it happen? Just! I took a brush and started painting. You try — and you will succeed! Take and draw!
It just never occurred to me before that I was an artist! I was formed under the influence of «triples» in drawing at school. Because at school we were given watercolors in our hands and offered to draw a hammer or a lemon. But I didn’t succeed, my intense character, as I now understood, is not for watercolor, which requires great accuracy: I diluted water in the wrong place or planted a stain — and already dirt. That’s why I thought I couldn’t draw.
Maybe watercolor suits you, but if not, give it up for now, then it will turn out, and now try oil, gouache, tempera, charcoal, pencil. Try not to draw a lemon, but what you want, which is easier and better for you.
This is the KEY Principle: if you want to do something, immediately take on the main thing, do not get stuck in the details, because you cannot see the forest for the trees, do what is more pleasant and easier for you, use the principle of selection by enumeration.
And what happens is attractive, addictive. And start drawing more and more!
My secret is simple: I write a lot, I work every day.

But I work with pleasure, with the feeling that everything will work out!
Therefore, I like it, it has become my rest and useful work at the same time.
