Ingredients:
Eggs – 2 pieces.
Broccoli – 70 g
Ghee oil – 25 g
Hard cheese – 20 g
Greens – to taste
Preparation:

Ingredients:
Beef bones (or any, preferably with cartilage, fat and tendons) – 1,5 kg ⠀
Vinegar (preferably apple cider) – 2 tbsp. L. ⠀
Salt to taste ⠀
Egg – 1 pc. (65 g)
Pepper, bay leaf, turmeric – to taste.
Preparation:
1. Rinse the bones. Place in a saucepan. Pour cold water two fingers above the bones. ⠀
2. Add salt, spices, vinegar to taste. ⠀
3. Bring to a boil and simmer for at least 8 hours. ⠀
4. Strain the broth.
5. Serve 200 ml of broth with pieces of meat, fat, boiled eggs and mayonnaise.

Pasta Carbonara
Ingredients:
For pasta:
Grated mozzarella for pizza – 200 g
Yolk – 1 pc.
For the sauce:
Bacon – 70 g
Cream 33% – 70 ml
Yolk – 1 pc.
Parmesan cheese / any hard cheese over 45% – 25 g
Garlic
Preparation:
1. Melt the mozzarella, mix well, let cool and add the yolk to the mass.
2. Transfer the mass to parchment, cover with another sheet and roll out thinly.
3. Cut the layer into a paste and refrigerate for 4–6 hours.
4. Cook the pasta for about 30–40 sec. Rinse.
5. Finely chop the garlic. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
6. Cut the bacon into strips. Fry.
7. Fry the bacon and garlic.
8. Shake the yolk a little. Salt and pepper. Add cream and cheese. Mix.
9. Add the resulting creamy cheese sauce and bacon to the pasta. Mix.

Ingredients:
Parmesan cheese – 70 g
Cauliflower – 160 g
Ghee oil – 20 g
Egg – 1 pieces.
Bacon – 40 g
Olives – 20 g
Preparation:
1. Cut off the inflorescences. Grind in a blender until crumbs. You can put it in the microwave for 5 minutes.
2. Squeeze out. Add spices, salt, egg, grated cheese, ghee. Mix.
3. Place the dough on parchment paper. Distribute evenly.
4. Top with chopped bacon, tomatoes and pieces of cheese (mozzarella or others; olives or olives (pitted and sugarless).
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 15–20 minutes.
Cake “Potato”
Ingredients:
Almond flour – 100 g
Butter / ghee – 80 g
How dark – 4 teaspoons
Erythritol – to taste
Preparation:
1. Melt butter, mix with almond flour, add erythritol.
2. Place the mixture in the freezer for a few minutes so that the dough is like plasticine.
3. Form the cakes.
4. Sprinkle with cocoa.
5. Refrigerate for several hours.
