Widow’s Disease, Five Symptoms or Kehrer’s Disease – This is how female-only sexual dysfunction is defined.

The essence of this dysfunction is experiencing sexual arousal without being able to satisfy it. Sexologists claim that the sexual needs of women with Kehrer syndrome are normal, but the inability to satisfy them negatively affects the woman’s psyche.

The disease usually affects young women who have entered into intercourse, or single women (widows) who have no partners. It also causes women whose partners are unable to meet their sexual needs. With the passage of time, mental dissatisfaction with intercourse begins to manifest itself with troublesome physical ailments.

Kehrer’s syndrome – different needs, different causes

Satisfying sexual needs is as important to the overall health of the body as satisfying hunger, sleep and security. It helps you keep your balance. If a woman – for various reasons – is not satisfied with sexual contact with her partner, the functioning of the pelvic organs, i.e. Kehrer’s syndrome, becomes impaired.

The immediate cause of developing the disease of the five symptoms is the lack of satisfaction of sexual needs. The disease often develops in women who previously, e.g. in other relationships, had no problems with intercourse. Importantly, the needs of these women are perfectly normal, they do not have an exaggerated libido. So what determines the development of ailments?

– Temperament of partners – if a woman needs intercourse several times a week and her partner does not have such needs, the risk of Kehrer’s syndrome increases.

– Partner malfunction – if a man cannot bring his partner to orgasm, her sexual needs will not be met. A man’s disability may have various causes – from permanent spine injury, erectile dysfunction, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes to prostate diseases.

– No orgasms – unsatisfactory intercourse or disregarding the woman’s needs do not give her the opportunity to relieve the tension that builds up during the intercourse.

– The absence of a partner – a long separation from a partner, which is the case of partners of professional drivers, soldiers or sailors, is another cause of the development of widow’s disease.

– Relationships between partners – emotional conflicts between partners often translate into a lack of sexual intercourse. But just as important is the inability to express one’s emotional and sexual needs. Women often expect a man to guess what needs and caresses will satisfy her. Most often, however, this does not happen, and the woman is not satisfied.

Kehrer’s syndrome – two phases and five symptoms of the disease

Kehrer’s syndrome develops in women in two phases. The first concerns a woman’s psyche, and the second is associated with five very bothersome physical symptoms.

The first phase of the disease is characterized by general physical excitement of the woman. She is irritable, agitated, nervous, sometimes unpleasant, and fights for just any reason. These symptoms are similar to premenstrual syndrome. A high level of emotional tension negatively affects the functioning of a woman and her contact with the environment.

The second phase is also called the five symptoms phase. The woman begins to experience physical discomfort in the pelvic area.

– The first symptom is pain in the lower abdomen and sacrum area. This symptom is not very characteristic because it often results from gynecological diseases or degenerative changes in the spine. But the appearance of these ailments and the appearance of other symptoms could be a sign of a widow’s disease.

– The second symptom is haemorrhoidal disease which, if left untreated, can lead to haemorrhoids. Varicose veins also form on the labia and in the vessels of the smaller pelvis. Some women also develop varicose veins in the legs.

– Itching of the vagina or vulva is an extremely distressing symptom. Some women also develop vaginal discharge which is often not properly treated. In addition, the intimate area becomes very tender and sensitive to touch.

– A woman with Kehrer’s uterus is swollen and thickened. The mucus (cervical discharge) stops appearing, which can cause painful intercourse. Besides, the menstrual cycle is not regular.

– Painful cramps and pain in the area of the sacro-uterine ligaments is another symptom of the disease.

Treatment of a widow’s disease

It is very difficult, because often a sick woman has a deep affection for her partner, but the lack of satisfaction with intercourse with him causes many conflicts. A simple solution in such a situation seems to be changing the partner, but the experience of sexologists shows that romance is not a good solution. The emotions and psyche of a woman are at the root of the disease. She often feels disregarded, rejected by a man of her choice. In such a situation, casual acquaintance, even ended with a successful intercourse, does not abolish the root cause of the disease.

You should contact a sexologist for help. Both partners should participate in the therapy, because the aim of treatment is to improve the quality of sexual intercourse. A man who wants to help his partner should focus on her needs. He has to understand that the woman’s satisfaction will translate into a relationship that is also satisfying for him.

Some sexologists recommend that women masturbate. If it is, for various reasons, rejected by the woman, the doctor may suggest medications to lower the sex drive.

Often, a mere conversation with a specialist and showing the essence of the matter solves the problem. Once the woman is satisfied with intercourse, her physical discomfort will also go away.
