It allows you to lose up to 4 kg in three days. However, nutritionists strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with its features before sitting on it.

The benefits of the kefir mono-diet

The essence of the kefir mono-diet follows from its name: it is the use of only one product for a specified period. In this case, we are talking about three days on sugar-free kefir. You should not use this mono-diet for more than three days, as this threatens to deteriorate well-being and failure of all body systems due to a deficiency of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and other important nutrients, without which the normal life of the body is impossible.

Some recommend drinking from one to one and a half liters, others do not put any restrictions, others advise to listen to your body, relying on the fact that in organizing dietary meals, everything is very individual. Pay special attention to getting out of the kefir mono-diet

It is clear that at the end of it, one should not indulge in all seriousness in terms of food. So that the result (dropped 3-4 kg) does not go away, but remains stable, it is necessary to get out of the rigid diet gradually.
