Kefir dough: how to bake a pie? Video

Kefir dough is the easiest to prepare. As a rule, it is used for baking pies with different fillings, which are tender and very tasty. Such a quick-cooked treat will appeal to both family members and unexpected guests.

Ingredients:

  • 0,5 liters of kefir;
  • 4 cups sifted flour;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of granulated sugar;
  • soda on the tip of a knife;
  • 1 tsp salt;
  • 4 Art. spoons of olive oil.

Pour kefir into a deep cup and add soda to it. Whisk these ingredients together. Then add sugar and salt to them. Stir until sugar dissolves. Put the flour in a heap on the table, make a depression in it and gradually pour in kefir, kneading the dough. Add olive oil and substitute for a soft, non-sticky dough. Soak it for 20 minutes at room temperature, and then make a delicious pie with mushrooms, cabbage, meat or potatoes out of it.

To prepare the dough, you can use any kefir, but the one that will stand in the refrigerator for a couple of days is best.

Ingredients:

  • 1,5 glasses of kefir;
  • 1 a glass of granulated sugar;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 300 g flour;
  • 220 g butter;
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda.

Beat eggs with sugar in a deep bowl. Add to them kefir, butter and soda melted in a water bath. Mix everything. Then gradually add flour to them, stirring constantly. You should have a lump-free batter. Grease a baking dish with butter, put apple pieces on the bottom and cover everything with the prepared dough. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 200 degrees.

Ingredients:

  • 120 g butter;
