We will not demonize alcohol, but there are a few things you need to know about it: pregnant women and children are not allowed a drop at all, as well as those who have contraindications for health reasons. And it is important for all of us to be able to stop in time and not mix alcohol with products that are categorically incompatible with it.

Suddenly? But the fact is that alcohol and chocolate cannot be combined. Such a neighborhood is fraught with an acute attack of pancreatitis. The fact is that under the influence of chocolate, the outflow of bile begins, which passes through the pancreas and must enter the duodenum. And alcohol blocks the exit of bile, which causes an attack.

Charcoal meat is already heavy food. After all, meat is usually fatter for barbecue, and even marinated in spices or even in vinegar. Such food takes a very long time to digest, at the same time blocking the breakdown of alcohol drunk with it. Any drinks containing sugar, any sweet treats – cakes, ice cream. Because of the sweetness, alcohol is absorbed more slowly, and this is fraught with “delayed intoxication” – you will understand that there is already enough when it is too late. In addition, alcohol is retained in the body longer due to sugar. This means that its toxic effect will be aggravated at times, and the hangover will be monstrous.

Soda

Cola, mineral water with gas, God forbid, energy drink – this is another strict prohibition. If you combine alcohol with them, intoxication occurs much faster – gas bubbles irritate the stomach lining, alcohol is absorbed into the blood instantly.
