One of the main tasks of the holiday is to provide a break from everyday life, which means not only a break from work and duties, but also a departure from the daily routine. Its inseparable element in the case of people who pay attention to healthy eating is also a recurring menu, so we want to change something during the trips, that’s understandable. But how to do it in such a way that the week of vacation does not destroy our many days of sacrifice?
