When, without sleep, you need to go somewhere early in the morning, then the appearance is the last thing you want to think about. Of course, you can leave as is. But if you are already a little over 15, then devoting at least a couple of minutes to yourself is still worth it.
Care. After a few hours of sleep, the skin did not have time to recover. That’s why she’s pale and swollen. Products with caffeine, ivy extract or other components with a draining effect stimulate microcirculation and heal the complexion. A mini-massage by the famous Japanese beautician Yukuko Tanaka, which can be done even when going down the elevator or warming up the car, increases the effectiveness of cosmetics. Makeup. Olga Komrakova, Leading Makeup Artist at Clarins, recommends lining the lashes with black eyeliner and top lashes. “To make the look as fresh as possible, it is better not to touch the lower eyelashes and lower eyelid,” the makeup artist emphasizes. “Smoky eye makeup is also not suitable: it only emphasizes fatigue.” You can add a little powder with a tan effect all over your face, coral blush, peach lip gloss: warm shades are refreshing.

Guerlain art director Olivier Echaudmaison recommends using concealer close to the bridge of your nose, leaving the skin under the outer edge of your eyes untouched. He left. And with it all the joy of life. From a kilogram of sweets eaten the day before, bags formed under the eyes. And the skin dried up like parchment. In this form, personal life is definitely not to be established.
Care. Make friends with hyaluronic acid. In serums, creams, masks. The latter are good to do daily until the skin comes to its senses. Thermal water helps to relieve irritation and peeling. Take advantage of the soothing compresses that are given to patients in the French Avène clinic: for 15-20 minutes (and if you have patience, even longer), spray water on your face so that the skin does not have time to dry out. Then blot it with a paper towel and apply a cream or mask (with hyaluronic acid, of course).
Makeup. Even when you feel lonely, your face can radiate confidence and carelessness. How? Apply a shimmery, creamy beige eye shadow to your upper eyelids and one coat of waterproof mascara to your lashes to withstand sudden tears. Pink translucent lipstick with a radiant effect will refresh the complexion. Use L’Oréal Paris makeup artist Karim Rahman’s technique to keep it from smudging. He traces the contour of the lips with a cotton swab dipped in micellar water to remove excess product, and then outlines the contour with a corrector using a small, flat, artificial bristle brush. Lipstick stays in place for many hours.

Care. Products rich in vitamins and minerals energize the skin. Particularly good are those that, in addition, also stimulate cell renewal (for example, vitamin C serums). Dietary supplements will also come in handy. For example, spirulina and royal jelly have excellent restorative and detox effects.
Makeup. During a cold, the skin around the nose becomes red and dry. “Apply a moisturizing cream or nourishing balm to it not twice a day, but as often as necessary,” recommends Olga Komrakova, Clarins lead makeup artist. – Concealer and powder should not be used: they only emphasize peeling. For masking, a nourishing foundation for dry skin is better. Creamy pink blush on the apples of the cheeks adds freshness to the face.

Ninth month
Pregnancy is wonderful. But the closer the birth, the less energy the future mother has, which is also needed for her beauty. Redness, hypersensitivity, inflammation – it seems that the skin went on strike.
Care. Do not fight imperfections with aggressive methods. Salicylic peeling should be preferred with mild almond peeling, which “calms inflammation no less effectively, while not injuring even the most capricious skin with rosacea or rosacea and does not increase its photosensitivity,” says Marina Khabipova, dermatologist at UltraCeuticals. For home care, products with vitamins and minerals are good, which gradually normalize the skin condition.
Makeup. The future mother should not forget that she is a woman. Brown blush, which is also called sculpting blush, will add elegance to a rounded face. Apply them under the cheekbones with a natural bristle brush, moving from the earlobe to the edge of the lips. Don’t forget to blur. “Eyelashes are never too long,” remarks Olivier Echaudmaison reasonably and recommends applying two, and for the evening three layers of mascara to open up the look. “Before applying the next layer, let the previous one dry, otherwise the eyelashes will stick together,” he reminds.
