After two books about fitness, your collection of short stories “The Space of Love” was released. Has the topic of sports faded into the background for you?
No that’s not true! It just seems to me that I have already written everything about fitness. And I am glad that our whole family, in particular my husband and many of my friends, we all follow the recommendations collected in my books. And “Space of Love” became a logical continuation of “Fitness with pleasure” and “Fitness for two”.
What is still more effective in the matter of beauty: love or fitness?
Harmony. It should be in everything. And why, striving for beauty, not do fitness with your loved one ?! My husband and I go to the same instructor twice a week to train. Which gives us the opportunity to spend more time with each other. Fitness, sports are a big part of our relationship, built in harmony. I’m not saying fitness will significantly reduce the divorce rate in the country. But in rare cases it is possible.
How much time is allotted to fitness in your living space?
I train almost every day. But I don’t bother myself with crazy loads. I run in the park, I swim, I do strength exercises with an instructor, I love
There are tons of your advice on proper nutrition on the Internet. Where does this knowledge come from?
I have read a lot of literature on this topic. I talked with specialists. I consulted with my friends. But it all began with an acquaintance with Olga Slutsker in 1996 at the Atlanta Olympics. Then I got into her World Class club. Olga taught me a lot. Now we are friends, we have been in contact for 12 years.

Have you ever thought about writing a book about delicious and healthy food?
I have so many new books in the project: a novel, a book for children, another book about fitness and, as you say, about tasty and healthy food, but with some addition … If only I could find time!
Speaking of food, has it ever interfered with your figure?
Once upon a time, when I was invited to NTV to conduct sports news, I had to reconsider my diet. After all, the camera “adds” a few pounds. But today I am pleased with myself. And I don’t want to go back to any age. I built myself for a long time, as if folding by bricks. And she achieved a lot in this work. Now I like myself more than ever.
Don’t you like to talk about your shortcomings?
I am calm about it. They all have drawbacks. If they are not there, it is not a person, but a machine.
What do you consider to be the strong point of your appearance?
Eyes. One very famous person told me: “You have eyes like a saint.” I have not heard a more beautiful compliment. The eyes really express feelings. My eyes are real.
Do you often hear compliments?
Constantly. They say that I look young. It’s nice.
How do you maintain youth?
I just love life, I love people, I don’t bear any grudge, I don’t envy. In the morning I always get up in a good mood.
What helps to wake up?
As a person hardened by a sports regime, a sense of responsibility helps me. I know to get up for training or shooting, and I get up. In our family I go up first, then I go from room to room and wake everyone up.
How do you relax in the evening?
I come home, hug the children, play with them, kiss them. This is such happiness! Sometimes I meet with friends to sit, have a delicious meal in a restaurant or go to the movies.
Do you have time to visit a beauty salon?
Sure. I have been going to the beauty studio “Mon Plaisir” since the day it was founded. There are very professional and caring craftsmen here.
Favorite treatments?
Biogenie Visage. Thanks to this technique, toxins and toxins are removed, the skin is strengthened – and the face looks younger. I also like Terma Skin or thermage. It uses an apparatus operating on light and radio waves. The result is powerful lifting and radiant skin.
How much care products do you need?
A little. Only the essentials. But I have a large makeup collection. It is placed in a wide, flat cosmetic bag – to make it easier to find the things you need. It is important. I often paint in my car, taking advantage of the time in traffic. I can sit with a fabric mask on my face!
Boldly! And what you definitely dare not?
No botox or plastic surgery yet. I’m afraid. There are bad examples before our eyes.
Have you ever been let down by beauty products?
Oh yeah! Because of the false eyelashes during the broadcast, my eyes began to water. Our guest was Sergey Mazaev. I had to pretend that his story moved me to tears.
What is your beauty achievement?
I quickly got back into shape after giving birth to my second child. How? Fitness, nutrition and love!
What’s your beauty secret?
I love life in all its manifestations and enjoy every minute.
