The fragrant smell of jasmine just makes you want to make syrup from it and keep this magical aroma for the whole winter.
This syrup is suitable for desserts, ice cream, and sophisticated alcoholic cocktails.
Ingredients
Sugar – 1 cup
Water – 2 cups
Jasmine flowers – 1 cup
Method of preparation
Wash the jasmine flowers carefully.
Bring water to a boil, then add sugar. Stir until all sugar is dissolved.
Turn off the heat and add the jasmine flowers.
Cover and let steep for 2 to 3 hours.
Place a sieve in a bowl and drain off the liquid.
Pour into a bottle with a tight lid and refrigerate until needed.
