8. Love and communicate.
It has long been known that having friends, a loving partner, and strong social support have a positive effect on health and mood. So do not withdraw into yourself – be open to relationships, walks, conversations. If communication is lacking, take the first step.
9. Set yourself ambitious goals.
Jane Fonda has achieved a lot: she received two Oscars, helped millions of women from all over the world to become more attractive and slimmer, and published several books.
