Different psychotherapeutic schools have different approaches to understanding and interpreting dreams, but they all agree on one thing: dreams help us understand our unconscious desires, fantasies, and feelings. However, the approach of analytical psychology, developed by the Swiss psychologist and culturologist Carl Gustav Jung, differs significantly from all others: this method allows us to see manifestations of not only the individual, but also the collective unconscious in our dreams.
