PSYchology

According to Jungian analyst James Hollis, the cause of our psychological problems is an inattention to the underlying motives that permeate our personal stories and life events. It recalls those internal conflicts that are reflected in myths, and those meanings that are hidden behind well-known archetypes (mother, baby or hero).

By being able to read these meanings and discern the scenarios that we unconsciously follow, we are able to actively participate in our own lives, develop, make choices and take responsibility for them. How to master these skills? Hollis does not give ready-made recipes, but reminds us how important it is to be attentive and open: to your memories and dreams, inner insights and other signs of the invisible world, which, according to Jung, guides, supports and gives strength to endure.
