On Thursday, Draghi’s government announced that from August 6, one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine would entitle everyone aged 12 and over to enter indoor restaurants, theaters and cinemas, participate in various sports events, access swimming pools, and gyms, fairs, conventions, amusement parks, thermal baths and game rooms.

“I would like these decisions to motivate all those who, contrary to all scientific evidence and common sense, have not yet done so,” added Toti.
“Individual freedom is guaranteed by the constitution and the same basic law protects health as a fundamental right of the individual and the good of the community. It is obvious that the freedom of those who are vaccinated should also be protected to continue their normal life »said the Italian politician.
In the Ligurian capital of Genoa, more than two thousand people took advantage of the opportunity to vaccinate during the Thursday-Friday open night organized by local authorities.
