Italian chef recommends buying only expensive pasta

In adulthood, we are often faced with the fact that we do not have enough funds to satisfy all our desires. And many of us try to spend less money on food, in order, for example, to save up for a vacation or a thing that we have long dreamed of. But there are products that cannot be saved on.

When we cook pasta, we often show all our culinary skills – we prepare homemade tomato sauce, add the freshest basil. But sometimes we forget that the main component of this Italian dish is pasta… And they can raise your dish to a restaurant level, or they can completely ruin it.

The most important thing about pasta is how it was made. And often, according to Luis Tomtskak, the Italian chef, more expensive spaghetti, farfalle and tagliatelle are made from better quality wheat and get their shape in brass or bronze “pasta”, which makes their texture rougher

And although the rough texture does not seem to be anything good at first glance, the chef claims that this is the kind of paste absorbs sauces best… Therefore, high quality pasta, combined with fresh additions, can be the perfect Italian dish.
