What are the health benefits of these two ingredients? When is it worth reaching for the Iskial dietary supplement? How to dose Iskial to boost your immunity?

Iskial – composition and operation

Iskial is a preparation belonging to the group of dietary supplements, the complex formula of which is based on the combination of shark liver oil with vitamin D3. Shark liver oil is a natural and rich source of biologically active substances, i.e. squalene and alkylglycerols. The Iskial dietary supplement is a preparation used to build up immunity and strengthen the immune system.

Iskial – health properties of ingredients

The basic feature that distinguishes the Iskial supplement from other preparations of this type are the two previously mentioned ingredients, i.e. shark liver oil and vitamin D3. Shark liver oil contains the aforementioned substances, i.e. squalene and alkylglycerols. Alkylglycerols are active biochemical ether lipids that occur in the hematopoietic system of every human being, as well as in the milk of nursing mothers, especially in the colostrum, i.e. the first milk. That is why it is so important to breastfeed in the first days of a baby’s life. This naturally builds the toddler’s immunity and affects the proper functioning of the immune system. Squalene, on the other hand, is a substance that cannot be synthesized artificially. Squalene is a polyunsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbon found in the thyroid gland, skin, heart, brain and liver. The second, equally important component of Iskial is vitamin D3. It is responsible for the proper functioning of the muscles and the functioning of the immune system. Vitamin D3 is involved in the process of cell division of the human body, as well as in the growth and development of bones in children. Vitamin D3 also regulates the calcium-phosphorus balance by compensating for the incorrect ratio of calcium to phosphorus. It is called the sunshine vitamin because it is produced in the body when exposed to sunlight. This means that in the autumn and winter period, we are exposed to its deficiency, so it is worth supplementing it especially in this period.

Iskial – indications for use

Iskial is a preparation that is primarily intended to stimulate our immune system to work more efficiently. The indication for the use of Iskial is a state of reduced immunity, which may result from the weakening of the body, exposure to infections, solstice time or in the event of increased physical activity. The indication for the use of this preparation may be ordinary prophylaxis against catching the virus and infection. Prophylaxis concerns especially children, because taking Iskial supports their proper growth and bone development.

Iskial – correct dosage

The dosage of the Iskial supplement should be consulted with your doctor beforehand. According to the recommendations in the package leaflet, two to four capsules should be taken daily before meals. Iskial supplement tablets are quite large, so people who have trouble swallowing can squeeze the contents of the tablet and consume it with food.

Before use, read the leaflet, which contains indications, contraindications, data on side effects and dosage as well as information on the use of the medicinal product, or consult your doctor or pharmacist, as each drug used improperly is a threat to your life or health.
