What can yellow vaginal discharge indicate?

Hello and welcome. I’m pregnant, it’s been four months here. Until now, pregnancy has been without major problems, although it was not without vomiting, which for some time accompanied me almost every morning. It’s better now, I hope everything will be alright. Yesterday, however, I noticed on my underwear that they appeared to me yellow vaginal discharge. They are quite dense, not very abundant, but still clear. Whether yellow vaginal discharge in pregnancy are a disturbing symptom?

I have never experienced such vaginal discharge before, I had never had such problems before I became pregnant and so far they have not appeared during pregnancy either. I am worried because I have a visit to the gynecologist only in two weeks and I do not know if I should somehow call and postpone the appointment, or is it enough to wait and consult the doctor about the yellow symptoms only during the visit? This is my first pregnancy and such symptoms cause me great anxiety, which in turn may harm the baby. What should I do? Please help.
