Most often, laziness is just a consequence of overload, a signal of the need to take a break from strenuous work and gain strength. “
– Of course, it relaxes us best and at the same time develops an active movement or a change of activity. But lying on the couch thoughtlessly can also make sense, for example, during meditation.
Laziness in acceptable doses is useful for the human body in the same way as good sleep, active rest and healthy eating. Allow yourself to indulge in it sometimes, discarding false shame and remorse! A person cannot endlessly only spend energy, he must accumulate, store and increase it. And this can be done only in a state of passive rest. However, you should not get carried away with this either, since motionless energy has the peculiarity of stagnating and losing its qualities. In this case, instead of cheerfulness, a person may lose his “taste” for vigorous activity. Everything is good in moderation.
– These are people who do not like and do not want to work and lead a parasitic lifestyle. Is it bad to be an inveterate lazy person? The answer is unambiguously simple and obvious – yes, bad. Why?
First, such people make an unpleasant impression purely outwardly, since, as a rule, they are not very clean and, therefore, untidy.
Secondly, the pathological tendency of lazy people to travel to others pushes them away from people who are active and active. When a company gathers or some kind of collective work is going on, lazy people only create the appearance that they are working, but in fact they are waiting for someone else to do this work for them.
Thirdly, lazy people do not want to work on themselves at all in order to change for the better. After all, any work on oneself is, first of all, RABOTA. It requires efforts, and they are not interested in it. Lazy people degrade, and in all respects, both physically and mentally. They do not want anything and do not strive for anything.
– The best way to get rid of fatigue is to switch. If you feel that an imbalance in business begins (laziness, failure, mistakes) – switch to something else. Otherwise, you can bring yourself to such a state that later it will be very difficult to force yourself to do something. This does not mean that you have to quit working. Work hard! But not with such zeal – do only the most necessary and do not overexert yourself. While working, you can think about where to go to relax in the evening, with whom to communicate, what you can do good for your family and friends. You can come up with something pleasant for yourself and allow yourself to do it. As a last resort, take a vacation.
– Children who are lazy by nature do not exist. Every healthy child in early childhood is quite active for himself, from him you only hear: “I myself!” He gets angry when he is not allowed to do something on his own. A person is not born lazy, he becomes so because of the excessive love of his loved ones, who pamper him, cherish and cherish. But laziness is not a character trait or even a way of thinking. This is an acquired “illness” that requires a kind of “treatment” – overcoming oneself.
