What herbs can you take during pregnancy?
The advantage of a meadow pharmacy is that it is completely natural and, when properly collected and prepared, gives all its healing properties.
Pregnancy is a particularly delicate and crucial period in the life of every woman. That is why the choice of herbs for health promotion must be coordinated with the doctor who monitors the course of your pregnancy. Indeed, despite the value of the elements contained in various plants, they may be incompatible with medications and vitamins already taken. And many of the herbs can cause negative effects.
Consider flora specimens that do not have pronounced contraindications.
