If you are slimming, focus on durum wheat products. Instead of classics, try whole grain pasta, which is higher in nutrients and fiber.

You can try even the most unusual pasta (red lentils, green peas, or chickpeas), which are naturally gluten-free. They contain a higher proportion of protein and cook quickly. Interesting pasta made from buckwheat.

Buckwheat is a gluten-free food that is a source of vegetable protein. Also available is the so-called “thin paste” – a paste made from flour and oat fiber. In addition to being a thin gluten-free pasta, it contains 94% fewer calories than classic pasta.

  • an alternative is quinoa, it is gluten free and is a source of vegetable protein.

For salty and sweet dishes or as a seasoning in soups, you can use bulgur. Also try diversifying your diet with legumes. It is an excellent source of protein, fiber, and is highly digestible.
