Relentless fatigue and trouble falling asleep. Sometimes, combined with overwhelming apathy and a sense of powerlessness, they are the earliest sign of cancer. These symptoms, along with a combination of muscle aches and difficulty concentrating, may indicate chronic fatigue syndrome (CFA). This disease affects an increasing number of society, consistently aspires to be called a disease of civilization.

The Society of Polish Internists recommends that in the event of the recurrence of the above-mentioned ailments, undergo prophylactic examinations, especially because they may relate to a hidden disease. In addition, some doctors do not recognize this disease.

If not ZPZ, then what?

Similar symptoms can be caused by quite popular problems ranging from type XNUMX diabetes, anemia, thyroid dysfunction, to kidney failure or hepatitis. It is worth allowing them to be ruled out by a doctor at the outset, because many diseases develop in an implicit way and only an extreme lack of energy can suggest them.

Lack of sleep, fatigue, lack of time, willingness and strength for physical effort do not help the condition of our body. While modern lifestyles are stressful, we shouldn’t underestimate ailments just because they seem insignificant.

Advice for people who feel tired all the time!

  1. Start the day with a filling breakfast. There’s a reason it’s said to be the most important meal of the day.
  2. Take care of the optimal portion of vitamin B and C every day, you can use supplements. Deficiencies of these minerals result in a lack of strength.
  3. Eliminate or at least reduce your coffee and tea consumption. First of all, because coffee flushes out the magnesium necessary for the proper functioning of the nervous system. Alternatively, you can introduce a glass of orange juice to your meal, thanks to which you will facilitate the body’s absorption of iron, in addition, you will provide vitamin C at the start.
  4. Get enough sleep, go to bed at least two hours before midnight, because then sleep is most effective.
  5. The temperature in the apartment should not be too high, because it makes us feel drowsy.
  6. Take deep, slow breaths. They will allow you to fill the entire capacity of the lungs with oxygen, breathe energy into us.
  7. Think optimistically, in the words of Stanisław Lem – “be of good cheer, because why be bad?”
  8. Don’t let yourself fall into a routine that makes you tired.
  9. Spend at least 30 minutes twice a week on your favorite sport. It doesn’t matter if you choose roller skates or a bicycle. Just get out of the house.
