My problem is that I feel without any specific reasons tingling face, it is not located in one place and on one side, I feel tingling in my face at different times of the day, no matter what activity I do, sometimes this ailment wakes me up at night. The tingling goes away fairly quickly, but I’m worried that the condition keeps repeating itself. Is facial tingling a symptom of an illness? Could facial tingling result from intense exercise or is it more related to the neurological system? I would like to add that I have undergone comprehensive examinations, the results of which are good, so I wonder why my face tingling comes from, should I see a doctor, if so, which one? Apart from a tingling face, I have no other symptoms. I am asking for advice.
