Breakfast, carbohydrate or protein, is required, it is necessary to “start” the body. Dinner should be dense (it is important to try not to mix proteins and carbohydrates). After seven o’clock in the evening you can’t eat, but you can have a snack. If I know that in the evening I have dinner in a restaurant, I have a snack in the afternoon, not lunch.

The best snack at home is a piece of fish. Never make a salad as an evening snack! It only whets the appetite, so there is a risk of starting with a salad and ending with a full dinner.

At a restaurant or at a party, never have a dessert after a meal! It can be eaten on its own either at an afternoon snack, or two hours after the end of the meal.

The choice of foods that affect health and, ultimately, weight, must be approached selectively. Everything that cannot be eaten must be thrown out of the refrigerator. And what is missing from the kitchen, by definition, will disappear from your diet. For example, I do not buy or eat any processed meat products (ham, boiled pork, any sausages and sausages). It is also necessary to throw away ketchups, butter, and simply forget about the existence of mayonnaise for life.

Stop cooking meat with cheese, and also make all sorts of flaky salads like herring under a fur coat. If you cannot live without Olivier, throw the sausage out of it (and do not put any other meat!) And season it not with mayonnaise, but with low-fat sour cream.

Potatoes are a great product! They get fat much faster from bread than from potatoes. Only you need to eat it not with meat, but with vegetables. Even fries eaten without meat will not harm the figure.

Stop eating soups and drinking beer

If you are over thirty, forget about soups… All of them! This is the clogging of the body, nothing more.

Buy cheese white, not yellow. The whiter it is, the less greasy it is.

Drink at least one and a half liters of water per day. A bottle of water should be with you at all times. As soon as you feel hungry, have a drink, and only then start eating.

fruit juices consume no more than one hundred grams per day and only in the morning. Drink vegetable juices as you like and as much as you like. Avoid canned juices – only freshly squeezed ones.

Forget beer. Because of the female hormones located there, the belly grows (especially in men who, having acquired a beer belly, become like “daddies” on the verge of disappearing libido).

By becoming accustomed to eating in accordance with the natural lifestyle of the body, you will also change your attitude towards food. You yourself will not want those products that you could not do without before. After a while, you will have a different taste sensation, and you will only buy in stores and order in restaurants that benefit you.

It is important to remember: the desired results cannot be achieved by nutrition alone, physical activity is also needed. Choose the kind of sport from which you get high, and the time of practice that is comfortable for yourself. My father told me: “Do not be shy, go in for sports even at night. If the body is doing well, even late classes will be beneficial. ” And whatever sport you do, be sure to stretch at the end of classes. Flexibility and stretching of the body is the health of all organs and joints.
