– When did you first realize that you are beautiful?
– I still have big doubts about this! Confidence and calmness come only when stylists and makeup artists finish working on an image. Children’s complexes have remained to this day. At school I was an “ugly duckling”, and only after getting on television, I began to transform, change for the better. I look up to the stars with perfect figures!
– What do you think is the strong point of your appearance?
– I like brown eyes, I have just those. Mom gave me luxurious eyelashes, for which she thanks a lot. And that thinness, which used to be very embarrassing to me, now turned out to be very useful. You can eat a lot! And as a child, can you imagine, I put on two warm tights to make my legs seem thicker!
– What compliments do you most often get?
– Makeup artists love my eyelashes, and men love my buttocks!
– Do such confessions bother you?
– I am pleased, I have worked a lot on this part of the body.
– Share your experience?
– Everything is elementary! The knee-elbow position, familiar to all women. Weights – on the ankles and lifting the bent legs up. The bigger, the better. If the next day everything hurts, then you have not wasted time. The main thing is to do this exercise regularly, 2-3 times a week.
– Even when going on vacation, do you put dumbbells in your suitcase?
– On vacation, I also try to do something: at least fitness or yoga. On the last trip, I took leg weights with me. It’s great to go ashore and do a few buttocks!

– No, I study individually with an instructor. He is a physician, chiropractor and
– Which of the exercises do you consider the most effective?
– The one that gave me a waist! Its volume has decreased from 68 to an ideal 60 cm! The exercise is surprisingly simple. Legs – shoulder width apart, hips and legs fixed. We perform the tilt: the left hand reaches up to the sky, the right – to the left foot. In this position, you need to stand for about three minutes, then change hands. The result is excellent stretching and strengthening of the oblique muscles of the back and abdomen.

– How do you start the day?
– In the morning, even in the shower, I do not always have time to run! I want to sleep a little longer. I have to make beauty on the go: I stop by to wash my hair at the “Person”, I take a shower in a fitness club, I do a manicure while driving, make-up somewhere in the city …
– What helps to relax in the evening?
– For me, the best relaxation is sandwiches with tea in front of the TV in the kitchen!

– I regularly visit a beautician who prepares creams and lotions for me herself. I have about five jars in my arsenal. If I use these products every day, then there are no problems with the skin.
