Inside the IQAir Allergen 100 is a system of two complementary filters.

Further, the already well-cleaned air meets the next filter made of non-woven glass fiber, medical grade, which, with an efficiency of more than 99,97%, traps fine particles of contaminants with a size of 0,3 microns and more than 99,5% of ultra-fine ones, with a size of 0,003 microns. . This filter is IQAir’s own development, created on the basis of HyperHEPA technology: for highly efficient and long-term control of fine dust, suspended particles in the air.
And another important thing about the filters in the IQAir Allergen 100 is that they have a large working area, which is almost never found in other household air purifiers (Allergen 100 is a model, including for home use). The first filter PreMax F8 has 2,8 m2, while HyperHEPA has 5 m2.
Large area of filtering surfaces – in total almost 8 m2 – allows you to effectively clean the air, avoiding the so-called passage of fine particles through the filters, especially at high fan speeds.
And such filters work much longer without loss of efficiency than small HEPA inserts in other air purifiers: it is unlikely that you will have to change filters in the IQAir Allergen 100 more than once a year (depending on operating conditions).
