  • taking care of the interests of participants in psychological trainings and other psychological programs,
  • establishing interaction between practical psychologists in the name of common professional interests.

Objectives of the Association

  • constructive interaction with the authorities and the media,
  • promotion of personal development as the development of personal characteristics that contribute to success in business and personal life,
  • holding professional conferences and competitions,
  • development of professional standards for conducting personality development trainings,
  • certification of trainers and training companies,
  • development of measures that protect participants in psychological programs.

The requirements for the members of the Association are professionalism, the exclusion of mysticism in practical activities and readiness for cooperation.

The association creates a common advertising space that accumulates business information and promotes personal development methods.

Qualification badges

Members of the Association use qualification badges in advertising information about their trainings. The presence of the icon indicates that the quality of the training is confirmed by the Association, and the color of the icon indicates the features of a particular training program.

Green The Association’s badge means soft, careful, and maximally environmentally friendly training.

Yellow the icon indicates a balanced workout that involves a moderate load.

Red the icon warns that this is an extreme training designed for a trained audience. It is possible to use harsh and provocative techniques.

The system of qualification badges, if it does not fully implement the principle of «do no harm», then significantly reduces the risk of psychological trauma among unprepared participants.
