Mollusca is a chain of four restaurants. My favorite is the one on the Patriarch’s Ponds, in Bolshoy Kozikhinsky Lane. The restaurant is small, only one room, designed for a maximum of 12 tables. You need to go here for mussels: the menu has more than a hundred sauces for them and how to serve them. They are divided into sections: creamy, tomato, Asian, etc. My favorite is the variations on the theme of creamy or with the addition of coconut milk.

Mussels can be ordered in two weight variations: 500 g for those who are not confident in their abilities, and a kilogram. They are served in small saucepans, inside of which shellfish are drowned in the sauce of your choice. French fries will be served in addition to them.

LureMe

The restaurant is located in its own three-story mansion on Malaya Bronnaya. Initially, the project was conceived as a fish restaurant and cooking. However, something went wrong and the cooking didn’t catch on. Now on the first two floors of the mansion there is a restaurant, and on the third – a club where they dance from Thursday to Sunday inclusive.

What to look for here: For appetizers, I recommend crudo prawns with mango and basil oil and scallop tiradito with truffle oil. Soups: Cream of onion leek soup with crab is a masterpiece. For salads, I recommend Asian salad with eel, Vietnamese dressing and nuts. Well, the main course is octopus: they cook it amazingly here.

Boston Seafood & Bar

The first establishment of this chain made a lot of noise. This is because delicious shrimp on ice was served here, and a huge portion was several times cheaper than in other establishments. The secret was incomprehensible, but the queues at the entrance are understandable. And to this day, seven years after the opening, the quality of the shrimp has not deteriorated, and the portions have not decreased. Shrimps are available in two types – smoked and fresh. Take a platter, you won’t go wrong.

Pay attention to the pike caviar! I don’t know about you, but I love her more than red and black. From the salads, you can take the branded one, which is called Boston. It has three types of seafood at once – octopus, shrimp and squid, and it costs only 690 rubles.

Note to girls: the guests at the restaurant on White Square are mostly men.

To be honest, Erwin has a mixed reputation. If only because the first thing that catches your eye is not the freshest fish, but a lot of girls in chic dresses with the same chic neckline. But it doesn’t spoil the restaurant, it’s worth going here for seafood.

So, there are really a lot of fish in Erwin! Here it is cold, and hot, and smoked, and salty, and Japanese cuisine is present. For salads and appetizers, look out for what you won’t try elsewhere. For example, a salad with lightly salted halibut in its own juice, with black spelled and radish. Or Olivier Unagi – a fishy interpretation of the “classic guest” of the Russian feast. Bruschetta with crab, crayfish neck stew, sockeye salmon sliced ​​- everything is so tasty that you want to eat with a plate. A special section of the menu is crabs. You can take everything, you will not regret it.

“Fish Market”

Rybny Bazar is one of the oldest restaurants in Moscow. He is over 16 years old and has consistently ranked among the top places for delicious fish dishes. The restaurant has huge ice pits with fresh fish: sea bass, baramudi, dorado, red snapper, spotted bass, sterlet, golden snapper, turbot, flounder, pagra, parrot, black cod, etc. In aquariums – lobsters, lobsters, Kamchatka crabs, scallops …

What do you need to take? My favorites are salmon tartare with mango and tom yam sauce, baked lobster tail with shrimp bisque and pak choy, linguine with blue crab.

In the restaurant on Novorizhskoe highway, you can not only eat, but also fish! Just imagine: you are in a beautiful canvas suit, your man is in waders, and both of you, instead of sitting decorously at the table, take fishing rods and go fishing … Why not a romantic date? A joke, of course, but seriously, you can actually grab your own dinner if you want to. The catch will be prepared for you in any way you choose. But you don’t have to catch it, there is also a regular menu here.

Fish Box

Another fishing spot in New Riga. A bit far away, but the restaurant is worth it. In the warm season, three summer verandas work here, there is a large playground where not just animators work, but real nannies. They look after the children while the parents enjoy the delicious fish.

I recommend: very good shrimps on ice, grilled red mullet. My favorite salad here is grilled Greek squid salad. In fact, he is not so Greek either, it was just called that. Appetizers – cod liver pate on toast and grilled avocado with crab salad.

Cutfish

Cutfish is not really a fish restaurant, but rather a Japanese restaurant. It is a chain of four restaurants. One of my favorites is at the Patriarch’s. This is a small establishment with 14-16 tables in the hall. The second is on the first floor of the Empire Tower in Moscow City. It is located in the open area of ​​the tower lobby, and it seems that you are sitting in a circle of a contact bar.

What is worth eating? Be sure to try hand-made rolls: this is a piece of black nori, rolled into a horn (like a bag of seeds), inside – rice and fish. There is even a sea urchin! Edamame beans in Cutfish are especially juicy, so lovers of these “greens” should definitely order them here. And look out for the crispy salmon with guacamole. Everything is fresh and tasty.
