Integrative medicine: a global approach to humans
Appeared in the 1990s in the United States, the concept of Integrative Medicine (IM) was mainly explored by doctors David Eisenberg and Andrew Weil. Born from the observation of changing lifestyles, whether it be food, physical activity, stress management or general well-being, integrative medicine is a new way of design health care. In this new approach to medicine, the relationship between the patient and his doctor becomes very significant. Hospital circles, both in Canada and in France, are increasingly interested in it.
