Yoghurt berry smoothie

 

This cocktail is one of the easiest and quickest ways to make a delicious breakfast. Combine fresh or frozen blueberries (or blueberries) with bananas, Greek yogurt, some soy milk, and honey.

Fruit and berry bowl

Ingredients:

  • a glass of raspberries
  • 1 natural yogurt 250 g
  • 3-4 rounded tablespoons of cereal (granola)
  • 4 pieces of kiwi
  • 2 large banana

Method of preparation:

Peel the bananas and stir to form a mousse. Place the mixture on the bottom of the jar. Mix the peeled kiwis with a blender and add 4-5 teaspoons of natural yogurt to them. Then mix everything until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Gently pour the kiwi mousse over the bananas, keeping in mind that the layers must not overlap. Mix the raspberries and add the leftover natural yogurt to it. Gently coat a layer of kiwi with raspberry icing. Garnish the top with fruit and a handful of your favorite cereals.

Toast with banana, peanut butter and chia seeds

Brush whole-grain toast with peanut butter, slice the banana and place on a sandwich, then sprinkle whole with chia seeds or chopped almonds. What could be easier?

Whole grain croutons with tomatoes and ricotta

Brush two slices of whole grain bread with ricotta and top with thinly sliced ​​tomatoes. Pour in some balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with dried basil. Put in the oven for 5-7 minutes and enjoy the taste.

Toast with avocado and egg

Sometimes the simpler the better. Brush two whole grain and pre-cooked (hot) toasts with avocado paste and sprinkle with pepper and a pinch of salt. In a skillet, cook two poached eggs and place them on the sandwiches. You can add some garlic to it.

Bananas in peanut butter with chocolate

Peel the banana and cut it into several pieces. Then slide them on sticks and dip in peanut butter mixed with melted chocolate. Sprinkle it all over with your favorite nuts or cinnamon. So simple and so delicious!
