When nothing will distract you, and the work will be a pleasure, you yourself will not notice how easily you will begin to enter a state of inspiration.

When you believe in yourself, things get easier. When things go well, it’s easier to believe in yourself. In inspiration, it loops: things have gone, I believe in myself, things are going even better! — Those who believe in themselves and who know how to do their job well enter the state of inspiration more easily. Learn to do your own thing, train yourself to see your strengths, luck and success, start today with what is easy for you to do and you succeed↑, and inspiration will come to you faster!

Remember the recipe for inspiration from P.I. Tchaikovsky: “I sit down at the piano and start playing something, at least touching the keys. I do this as long as I like: until inspiration comes. If you wait for inspiration, being out of work and activity, you will have to wait a long time. Chewing chips with a bored face, staring at the telly is not an option: longing will roll in, you won’t wait for inspiration. Be in business and in a good mood more often, inspiration will come to you by itself.

Inspiration loves the active. Physiologists suggest that in order to start the optimal functioning of the brain, not complete rest is required, but a certain level of even “activity noise”. Getting enough sleep, calming down in meditation is useful, but then a “starter” is needed for inspiration. Mayakovsky wrote most easily when riding a tram, scientists like to think while walking or running quietly, Einstein entered a creative state under the shower, when the shower made a steady noise and gave a pleasant head massage. It’s good when you have your favorite rituals, your keys of inspiration.

In the evening it is nice to escape from the big day to your favorite business, in the evening and closer to the night inspiration comes more often. But it’s better not to abuse it: this resource is quickly exhausted, after some time after sleepless nights, instead of inspiration, you will only get a heavy head, and coffee will no longer help↑. More productive are the early morning hours, when the houses are completely quiet, and the city outside the window is just waking up. Favorite table, comfortable chair, fingers easily run over the keyboard — joy!↑

We worked for an hour — take a break, warm up, take a good shower. Short, frequent rest, such as 10 minutes every hour, is more beneficial than working long hours without interruption↑. Leaving the table, stretching, bending over, revitalizing the body, admiring what you have done and feeling a new impetus to work is a gift to yourself! When you are in perfect order, healthy, vigorous and you know that everything will work out for you today, everything will be great, as usual — you can get down to business, inspiration flies to you!
