How to treat the skin after a mosquito bite
The mosquito bite itself is not so terrible as the itching that a person feels for several more days. To relieve the discomfort that prompts you to comb the affected area until it bleeds, take a cotton swab, soak it in water or ammonia, and wipe the insect bite with it. You can relieve itching with a solution of baking soda: dilute a teaspoon in a glass of water. Can help relieve bite skin and prevent blistering with regular parsley. Place a fresh leaf on the bite and tape over it. After two to three hours, the impromptu bandage should be changed. You can treat your skin with lemon juice. Garlic gruel will ease your condition. Crush a clove of garlic, mix it with a few tablespoons of water, soak a clean cloth in the resulting ointment and wrap it over the bite.
With the help of folk remedies, mosquito bites can be prevented. These insects do not like the smells of wormwood, tansy, bird cherry, juniper, toadflax. Ward off annoying insects and clove oil scent
Folk remedies for wasp and bee stings
Wasps and bees also often bite humans, and their stings are very painful. When a bee stings, a bag of poison comes off along with the sting. Before starting treatment, first remove the sting by picking it up with your nails or squeezing it up. This must be done carefully so as not to damage the bag, and as quickly as possible, otherwise the poisonous substance will continue to enter the tissues.
If, after your manipulations, part of the sting is still left, it can be removed with a pin. Wash the bite site with soap and a mild solution of potassium permanganate. You can attach half a clove of garlic. Dandelion or mint juice can also help relieve pain. Chop a small raw potato, apply the gruel to the wound, and put a clean bandage on top.
Often, wasp and bee stings cause allergies. Drink an antihistamine if possible. If it is not at hand, prepare a decoction of plantain and yarrow leaves in a one-to-one ratio and treat the skin with it.
Tick bites are much more dangerous than mosquitoes, because these insects can cause a number of diseases. First, carefully remove the tick with rotary movements, making sure that its head does not remain in the skin. After that, treat the affected area with herbal decoction: mix in equal parts oak bark, mint and St. John’s wort, boil in a water bath for five minutes and let it brew for an hour, and then wipe the bite site. See your doctor as soon as possible to make sure you are not sick. Prevention is much easier than treating encephalitis or Lyme disease, which these insects carry.
