The second edition of the Host Event will focus on the customer experience as a value proposition for restaurant diners.
The Gastronomic Forum called “Host”, is an event organized by the BBC Basque Culinary Center where the latest trends that take place in the rooms will be the theme on which the meeting will be developed.
Within the gastronomic framework, the value chain of a hospitality business is completed not only from the kitchen.
In it, creation begins, but service in the room is essential to finish off an important staging, which effectively began in the kitchen.
This instrumentalization of hospitality establishments was already anticipated by the theme and content of the first edition of Host a year ago.
Gastronomy has become a leading sector, where the host is a key part of the overall experience of the diner.
As an indisputable part of the premises, the client, or diner, is found, therefore the event will try to show the participant the practices and ways of acting in the face of the realities that each individual shows and above all to empathize with the client in a framework of harmony.
Host will be held on December 14 and 15 at the headquarters of the Baque culinary Center in Donostia-San Sebastián.
Customer Experience as the key to the future of restaurants
