History of the brand

In 1961, the Inkerman Vintage Wine Factory was established on the basis of underground workings of building stone – bryozoan limestone, which was used for the post-war restoration and construction of the city of Sevastopol. The prerequisite for founding a vintage wine factory was adits formed at a depth of 5 m to 30 m, with a constant, relatively low temperature and humidity. The underground area of ​​wine cellars is 55 sq. meters, and the total area of ​​the enterprise – 000 hectares.

The Inkerman trademark was registered in 2003. The second production site of the Inkerman Fine Wines Factory was launched in 2012. This is a new modern factory in the village. Angular (Bakhchisaray district, Crimea).

The company uses a full cycle of production of alcoholic beverages – from the acceptance of grapes to bottling. In the process of wine production, contact of the drink with oxygen is absolutely excluded in the entire technological chain, from the acceptance and processing of grapes to bottling. Wine comes into contact only with an inert gas (nitrogen).

The production line of Inkerman wines is quite diverse. It is divided into still and sparkling, according to the sugar content, the first are divided into dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet, dessert, according to color – white, red and pink.

  1. Pearl of Inkerman GRAND RESERVE – white, dry, vintage wine. Vintage 1998. Wines from the Inkerman brand are very popular, but unfortunately on the Internet, negative reviews about the products of this company are increasingly common.

Basically, we are talking about the deterioration of the taste of wine, as well as the presence of powdered wines. Nevertheless, the leading representatives of the enterprise declare with all responsibility that powdered wines do not exist, since drying grapes to a state of powder is much more expensive than transporting wine in an airtight tank.
