It should be noted that the diagnosis of “infertility of unknown origin” is made only after diagnostic laparoscopy. This is due to the fact that only laparoscopy can finally exclude some of the causes of infertility. These are small forms of endometriosis that cannot be seen with other diagnostic methods. The only symptom of small forms of endometriosis, as a rule, is infertility. “

“Patients diagnosed with unexplained infertility are divided into two groups. The first group of patients is women who do not have a cause of infertility. And they usually get pregnant on their own. In this case, it takes more time to achieve the result. Everyone in practice has cases of spontaneous pregnancy, without the intervention of reproductive doctors. Pregnancy occurs by itself, but in the second, third year of married life. And, of course, there is a group of patients who have a good reason for infertility. It’s just that in the arsenal of doctors there are no diagnostic methods that would allow it to be detected. These are, for example, the features of the interaction of the egg and sperm in this particular pair, features of the development of embryos, their quality, features of implantation and other processes occurring at the molecular, biochemical level. But, fortunately, medicine has effective methods of helping this group of patients. In any case, if a married couple does not become pregnant within one year, go to the doctor’s office. “
