Inexpensive and healthy dinner: recipe for cooking
Inexpensive, but tasty and memorable dinner is an urgent problem for young housewives. It so happens that guests appear on the doorstep quite unexpectedly, and there is absolutely nothing to treat them with.
Do not despair – an economical dinner for dear guests can be easily and quickly prepared from the most common products. To prepare today’s meal for 4 people, you will need: – half a pack of spaghetti; – fillet from half a chicken breast; – 4 tablespoons of sour cream; – crispy French baguette (small, 300 grams will do); – a few tablespoons of vegetable oil (olive oil is better, but if it is not available, sunflower oil is also suitable); – some greens, which you will find in your refrigerator (basil is good, but dill and parsley will do as well); – 1 tablespoon flour; – 3 cloves of garlic; – 2 medium tomatoes; – salt and black pepper; – 2 glasses of milk; – 1 orange; – 2 bananas. This simple set of products is enough to prepare 3 complete dishes: bruschetta with tomatoes, spaghetti with chicken in a creamy garlic sauce and an orange banana smoothie.

Cut the loaf into slices, then brush them with vegetable oil and sauté in a non-stick skillet.
You don’t need to pour oil into the pan itself
In a bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, some oil, salt and herbs. Rub the toast with a clove of garlic, then place the chopped tomato mixture on top. A light and cheap snack is ready!
Spaghetti with chicken in a creamy garlic sauce
Place a pot of cold water on the stove to cook the spaghetti. Then remove the skin from the chicken breast, it is not needed, and then separate half of the fillet. Remove the rest of the meat on the bone, next time you can make a whole pot of soup out of it. Cut the separated part into pieces of the size with a small plum – no need to grind, the chicken cooks very quickly. Do not be afraid that the amount received will not be enough for 4 adults: the combination with thick sauce and spaghetti makes this dish very satisfying.
So, heat a frying pan and pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into it, and then put the chicken there and fry it over high heat. It will take you a few minutes for a golden crust to appear. Then reduce heat to lowest and add 1 spoonful of flour to the pan. Stirring constantly, fry the flour for 1 minute, then pour in half a glass of water. Stir the sauce until thick and then add half a glass of water, add 4 tablespoons of sour cream, salt and pepper your sauce. Stir it well and leave to thicken again. At the end of cooking, squeeze 1-2 cloves of garlic into the sauce and extinguish the heat. By this time, you will have time to boil pasta or spaghetti. Drain them, then add them to the sauce and stir gently. When serving, the dish can be garnished with sprigs of dill or parsley.
Dessert: orange banana smoothie
Whisk milk and peeled fruit in a blender. Pour the resulting drink into glasses and serve chilled.
