In the morning, you should eat salty and fatty foods in moderation – fish, cheese and butter, drink freshly brewed coffee or black strong tea. And remember, the diet should be rich in proteins, carbohydrates, fats, trace elements and vitamins.

With the help of cinnamon, you can quickly increase the pressure and maintain the effect obtained. Take a quarter teaspoon of powdered cinnamon powder and pour a glass of boiling water over it. Insist for twenty minutes, let cool and add two teaspoons of honey. Drink the prepared infusion in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening a couple of hours before bedtime.
Herbal infusions also help to increase low blood pressure, they are a kind of tonic or natural energy. Dissolve 40 drops of ginseng or eleutherococcus tincture in a glass of warm water. It is recommended to drink the prepared composition 20 minutes before meals (but not before bedtime). Apply a cloth dipped in wine or apple cider vinegar to your heels. This method helps with low pressure.
