It is called Peruvian cherry, Brazilian raisin, and most often – edible physalis. The exotic plant, which was already used by the Incas, is a source of vitamins and minerals, which is why it is a healthy snack, an addition to yoghurts, salads, desserts and various dishes. Physalis is a way to strengthen immunity, cleanse the body of toxins and harmful substances, as well as improve concentration during periods of increased mental effort.
