In February Madrid becomes the Horeca capital
Hospitality Innovation Planet is the benchmark event for the hotel and restaurant sector, which returns to the Spanish capital for the second consecutive year.
The fair HIP 2018 will bring together entrepreneurs, managers and hospitality professionals in Madrid with the aim of sharing the latest trends and innovations in the sector.
From next February 19 to 21, two IFEMA pavilions will house in their 30.000 m2 a long list of companies that have already confirmed their participation as exhibitors, from sectors as diverse but now in the XNUMXst century as complementary as Booking, Campofrío, Coca-Cola, Coperama, El Tenedor, Europastry, Just Eat, Mahou San Miguel, Calidad Pascual, Schweppes y Unilever Food Solutions.
In this new edition, it is expected to exceed the records of the 2017 HIP Fair, in which about 13.000 professionals visited the gastronomic event, which seeks to occupy a privileged place within the transformation process of the restaurant sector.
The entire exhibition, conference and workshop area is presented as a key tool to identify needs and configure a strategy that allows professionals to approach the latest innovations in solutions, equipment and products, as well as new business models for hotels, restaurants and bars.
The disruptive date of Hospitality 4.0 Congress
Within the framework of HIP, Hospitality 4.0 Congress, the largest international congress on innovation and transformation in the sector, with its own agenda and vertical solutions for each professional profile (general management, marketing, sales, purchasing, operations, chefs, F & B …), as well as with a unique content of high strategic value .
This year, the congress will feature 8 stages, 6 keynotes, 8 summits and 250 international speakers ”, who through revenue sessions, customer experience and neuromarketing, gastronomic marketing, strategy, new business models, digital transformation, management or sustainability , they will glimpse us where the future of the hospitality industry advances.

The main novelties of HIP2018
As the main novelty this year, the celebration of Hotel Trends 2018 which will take place on February 20 and will bring together Game Changers of the sector to debate, from the perspective of innovation, transformation and new disruptive management models, the future of hospitality and tourism.
Likewise, Hospitality 4.0 will host the 9th edition of Restaurant Trends by Catering Brands, the largest national forum for organized restaurants and Barra de Ideas, a meeting for hospitality professionals seeking ideas and innovations for their business.
Together with Leadership Summit and Horeca New Business Models Awards, the Fair will once again bring together thousands of professionals and the main leaders of the industry in the spaces already known as:
