Iladian Direct Plus is a preparation intended for intravaginal use. Its task is to limit the growth of pathogenic bacteria and yeasts.
The ingredients of Iladian Direct Plus include inulin, L-ascorbic acid, tacopherol (vitamin E), hyaluronic acid and auxiliary substances. The composition of Iladian Direct Plus is designed to restore and maintain the proper pH of the vagina, which reduces the growth of microorganisms.
Iladian Direct Plus helps to reduce odor, itching and discharge. The preparation also soothes irritations, and the inulin contained in it takes care of the development of normal bacterial flora. In addition, hyaluronic acid and vitamin E provide adequate hydration of the vaginal mucosa, and soothe itching and irritation, reduce dryness and increase resistance to injuries.
Iladian Direct Plus – indications
Iladian Direct Plus is recommended for use:
- as an adjunct therapy to treatment of bacterial vaginosis;
- to relieve troublesome symptoms such as dryness and a feeling of tightness in the vaginal mucosa;
- during antibiotic therapy and during the use of antibacterial preparations, as well as after the end of treatment;
- over time, as well as after menopause;
- women who often go to the swimming pool, travel, use the jacuzzi, sauna or solarium.
Iladian Direct Plus can also be used prophylactically.

Iladian Direct Plus – contraindications
Even if they exist indications for the use of Iladian Direct Plus it is not always applicable. A contraindication to the use of Iladian Direct Plus is hypersensitivity, i.e. allergy to any component of the preparation.
In addition, the preparation should not be used in the case of:
- mucosal lesions;
- the occurrence of blood discharge.
The use of Iladian Direct Plus should be consulted with a doctor in the event of pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Iladian Direct Plus – precautions
Certain diseases and other conditions and circumstances may be a contraindication to the use of Iladian Direct Plus or an indication to change its dosage.
It should be remembered that the preparation is intended for intravaginal use only. It cannot be used in the case of damage to the mucosa and blood discharge. This is an indication for consultation with a doctor. At the same time, the use of other vaginal preparations is not recommended.

Iladian Direct Plus is in the form of tablets intended for vaginal use. Do not exceed the recommended doses of the preparation, because it will not increase the effectiveness of treatment and may be harmful to health and life.

Iladian Direct Plus should only be used vaginally, and you must wash your hands thoroughly before application. The Iladian Direct Plus tablet should be inserted deep into the vagina.
Iladian Direct Plus as an auxiliary treatment during the treatment of bacterial vaginosis should be used in the amount of 1 tablet once a day. The tablets should be applied overnight for about 1-7 days. If after this time the symptoms worsen or do not improve, it is necessary to consult a doctor.
Iladian Direct Plus should be used prophylactically in the amount of 1 tablet 2 times a week.
