The Association of Restoration Brands has launched its second edition of the Modern Restoration Awards.
The call is open to current partners and other companies that wish to participate in them, with a deadline of June 1, within any of the categories in which the awards are divided.
The awards seek to value and highlight companies and professionals who in the field of modern catering have been relevant to the sector or provide a quantitative differentiation in terms of improving consumer habits and lifestyle of the population in terms of the binomial of consumption and leisure.
Today’s society, modern by definition, is altering its life habits, and the restaurant market is a good reflection of this, meals outside the home, new and disruptive business ideas to meet the growing consumer demand and new Technologies are making the sector a network full of youth, dynamism and projection.
Among the different categories that will be awarded and you can still participate in them, are:
- Award to Excellence and Sustainability: Quality and food safety will be valued in line with the environmental impact in terms of its reduction and costs.
- Award to Guests: Where the application of measures or initiatives of Corporate Social Responsibility in the banners presented will be the value to be highlighted in Human Resources and Social Integration actions.
- Award to Corporative strategy: Ideas or concepts of the most innovative business of the year, as transformers of the gastronomic industrial activity.
- Award to Research and Development: R&D as a lever for change in the design, utility, business model, social impact or technology of your product or service.
- Award to Economic efficiency: Resource management as a differential value of the brand.
- Award to whom Support the sector: Prominent person in politics or in the Public Administration who stands out in the economic development of the sector.
- Award to Communication: The media or person who has excelled in their work of dissemination and information in the restaurant and tourism sector.
- award Manager of the year: Maybe trajectory in the sector within the chains or the suppliers of products or services.
- Award to Collaboration: To the entity that has stood out the most for its collaboration with Restoration Brands in the last year.
The winners of the different categories will be announced at the event that will be held on June 28, on the occasion of the delivery of the II Modern Restoration Awards, which we still cannot detail where it will be held.
Who are the Restoration Brands?
Restauration Brands is an association at the service of companies and people who actively participate in the world of food and gastronomy within the modern restaurant sector.
Since 1995, it has been helping the sector to improve the competitiveness of the entire value chain in terms of restoration, it was born as Ascarem (the Business Association of Modern Restoration Chains), With the entry and integration with the FEHR (Spanish Federation of Hotel and Catering Industry) in 2000, it was renamed Fehrcarem, and already entered the 2015st century, in XNUMX, it acquired the form and name that we know today of Restoration Brands, and which we are echoing today, due to the announcement of its Modern Restoration Awards.
Within the field of active participation of the common interests of the catering sector, it contributes a responsible commitment to its associates, representing them, and defending them, before the media, consumer organizations and public bodies.
