If you find that you have not salted the shrimp in the shell, the fix is quite simple. Take the broth left over from cooking the shrimp, or water, if the broth has already been drained. Salt well (it should taste very salty, since the shell helps protect the meat from excess salt), heat up and return the shrimp there. We are waiting for 5 minutes, the water should be hot, but it does not need to boil. Everything, after 5 minutes of waiting, the shrimp will be completely salted.
