To be honest, these photos are shocking. The woman was clung to hundreds, no, thousands of buzzing insects. One awkward move, and …
Bees crawl on gentle, not even protected by clothing, shoulders, cover the stomach with a creepy, moving blanket … Brr, even goosebumps. But not with the model posing in these pictures.
Yes, anything could have happened. But it’s not for nothing that they say that hunting is worse than bondage. And this is not even a fad of a pregnant brain full of hormones. Meet Emily Mueller, the beekeeper. And she decided to make her work part of her “pot-bellied” photo shoot.
True, usually beekeepers come to work dressed in a special suit and a hat with a net to reliably protect themselves from their charges. But you can’t dress up like that for memorable shots, right?
“Bees are actually very gentle creatures. Maybe my ‘bee belly’ will help everyone understand that they have nothing to fear, ”says Emily.
The woman was sure that the bees would not harm either her or the child. Before the photo session, the entire swarm was generously fed with sugar water so that they had no desire to be aggressive. Still, being around 20 bees is a pretty extreme experience.
“Not scary, but exciting. Of course, I was nervous, the adrenaline went off scale. But it was a very exciting experience, ”recalls the bee lover.
Incidentally, 33-year-old Emily and her 37-year-old husband already have children. Three. The eldest, Kayden, is 10 years old, Madeline was three, and Westin was a year old. The couple plans to stop at the fourth child.
“I can tell the mood of bees by their reaction to me. This swarm was in a very peaceful mood, ”laughs a mother with many children.
However, she was bitten after all. Four times – a little, if you remember that there were 20 thousand insects in total.
“You are the one to blame. I pressed it inadvertently, ”explains Emily.
The family is delighted with the pictures. And many on the net are terrified. Although the photos got several thousand likes each, most of the comments look something like this: “Oh my God, BEES!”
