– During pregnancy, you need to drink plenty of fluids, move more, exercise moderately. Do not forget about proper nutrition – exclude fast carbohydrates, eat more seasonal fruits and vegetables, take vitamins for pregnant women. To strengthen blood vessels and improve blood circulation, you can take a contrast shower and massage with a dry brush.
The expert explains: stretch marks on the skin appear when the skin begins to stretch rapidly, and the collagen synthesized by the body is not enough. In other words, stretch marks are tears in the top layer of the skin. You can improve collagen production by adjusting your diet by adding collagen-rich foods to your diet.
“The menu should include fatty fish, bone broth, green leafy vegetables, gelatin, pumpkin seeds. By the way, by the amount of collagen contained in 100 g of the product, shark fin is in the lead, followed by fried eel fillet. Citrus fruits are also worth eating, as vitamin C is necessary for the body to produce collagen, ”says Yulia Mironchenko.
