The novelty from the Institute of the Meat and Dairy Industry of Belarus really has a meat base.
“Innovative meat ice cream is a high-quality balanced product due to the presence of selected raw meat and other full-fledged ingredients in its composition” – Director of the Institute Aleksey Melescheni told about the new product. Together with his colleagues, he presented meat ice cream at the BELAGRO-2020 exhibition.
They called their brainchild Ice Meat and shared that they conceived the product as such, to be well suited for a light snack, to be original, healthy and refreshing.
The institute hopes Ice Meat will be successful with consumers. They especially count on young people who are prone to experiments and children, for whom this product can generally become a godsend (after all, some reluctant people refuse meat, which is necessary in the diet of a growing body). Also encouraged to try gourmet meat ice cream.
Does this ice cream contain milk? Yes, the creators say, there are some dairy components, and vegetable components may appear in the future.
