“What will she do if …” – people often ask such questions and arrange checks on their partners. And some do not even wait for the beginning of a relationship and experiment on the object of sympathy even on the first date. True, such stories do not end with anything good.
Mason, a 40-year-old radio host from Dallas, was supposed to spend Friday night at a restaurant with a new acquaintance. On the first date, she planned to learn more about the man, get a lot of positive emotions and, maybe, arrange the next meeting. And what is the result?
The woman got ready, did her hair and makeup, and… waited half an hour for her companion in the restaurant, but he never came. After 2 hours, the man called and said that he could not come on a date, as his father was in the hospital.
At first glance, the usual story – meetings are canceled due to less serious incidents. But in Mason’s case, things were not so simple. A little later, the man called her again – this time to confess that he had lied about his father.
Probably, in this way he wanted to check the interlocutor – how would she react? What will he do?
Looks pretty bad. But it turns out it could be worse. For the next few hours, the man bombarded Mason with voice messages, in which he reproached her for her “wrong” behavior:
- “An hour has passed, and nothing has been heard from you. In my opinion, this is not very cool. I talked to my friends and they also think that you should have written something back.”
- “I know that you are busy with work and other things, but I, consider myself, poured out my soul to you. I’ve been very honest with you, so your silence is not cool at all.”
- “You know, I’m kind of rethinking what’s happening… If I don’t get an answer from you in the next 30 minutes, then we probably won’t succeed.”
Without waiting for an answer, he decided to apologize to the woman. According to him, the violent reaction and inadequate actions are the result of difficult relationships in the past. But his calmness did not last long.
In the next message, the man again yelled at the interlocutor: “Why didn’t you call me back?”
“How can a person do this to someone? the indignant man continued. “I told you that this has happened to me before. You said you wouldn’t do it this way because you know what it’s like. Because of this, everything went so well for us … “
Probably, this monologue could have gone on for a very long time, but at some point the man switched from explanations to threats – when he realized that because of his words he could become “famous” on the Internet.
“I should be scared. I should be concerned about my safety. Nevertheless, it amuses me, ”said the radio host and posted it on some videos of your bad date.
True, the final (hopefully) point in this story was put by the following voice message. And not from a failed counterpart, but from his mother. “Used to fix everything,” the woman apologized for her son and asked to give him another chance. Because he is a “good, kind boy.”
Mason was not convinced by this speech. But who knows what other “surprises” await her from a strange family?
