Dear tired people, you need to go to bed on time. Checked: you will go to bed on time, you will get sick less often. You will become less tired, stop being annoyed, men will strengthen potency, women will keep their youth. Sleep is an integral part of human life. If you set yourself serious goals, make sure you get enough sleep. And for this — go to bed on time!
How to do it?
We agreed with ourselves and with our family that we need to go to bed only TODAY, i.e. before 00.00. Going to bed at 23:00 is even better, at 22:00 is ideal. We accustom ourselves to the rule: “Not having time in the evening, I transfer it to the morning. I’ll get up early, but I’ll go to bed on time!” Let’s get started on time!
Exercise Tools
Active physical activity during the day (running, exercise, playing sports, and so on); Bath or shower before bed; Refrain from emotional discussions, intense brain activity 40 minutes before bedtime and finish all business; Ventilate the bedroom 5 minutes before bedtime; It is advisable to refrain from drinking coffee, tea, and other caffeinated drinks 4-6 hours before bedtime; If possible, use lunch time for sleep (usually 30-60 minutes); Item for advanced, by choice. The volume of the planned result (ORM)
- I make notes, what time I go to bed — a month in a row.
- At least 6 days a week I go to bed today: no later than 24.00. I understand the need for this, I lay myself down without internal ideological protest.
- If I don’t have time to finish important things in the evening, I don’t sit up, but transfer them to the early morning. If necessary, I can get up at 5 am and get the 2 hours I need.
This is a realistic ORP for a regular distance shooter. You don’t need to bring everything to 100% and you don’t need an absolute ideal: if you don’t already own time management, you can load yourself with an unrealistically large volume of cases, run into constant force majeure and “hang” on this exercise month after month. And you need to move on!
TIPS
If you have worked all day as efficiently as possible, but you still can’t finish the job, you have the right to lie down even after 24:00. If you messed up at least a little today, you have no right to continue working after 24:00. Go to bed and set your alarm for 5am. Good morning!
